Carondelet Home Care consists of Carondelet Home Care Services, a full service Medicare
home health agency, and Carondelet Care Resources, a licensed private duty home
health agency. We are affiliated with Carondelet Health, and are members of Ascension
Health, the nation's largest Catholic non-profit health system. Carondelet Home
Care is committed in our mission, vision and values to provide compassionate, quality
healthcare for the body, mind and spirit, while working with individuals to tailor
programs that meets their special needs.
Carondelet Home Care Services is a full-service home care agency providing care
to individuals living in their own apartments/homes since 1985. We are licensed
in the state of Kansas, Medicare-certified and Joint Commission-accredited. Our
services include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy,
medical social workers and home health aides.
Carondelet Care Resources, is a Kansas-licensed home health agency, providing private
duty home health services, including in-home nursing care, personal care, geriatric
care management and the Carondelet Lifeline personal response system. Carondelet
Care Resources has been providing services to the community since 1987. We are committed
to helping each individual maintain his or her dignity and independence in their
own home, at a hospital or in an assisted living or independent living facility.
