Corn Bread Stuffing
1 recipe of good for you corn bread
1-cup celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 cup chicken or turkey broth or water
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stuff into an 8-10 pound turkey. Or use to stuff two 3-pound chickens. Or place in a baking pan and bake at 350 until golden brown on top and all the liquid has been absorbed. 8 servings
