The cardiac rehabilitation program at the Carondelet Heart Institute utilizes an integrated
approach involving exercise, nutrition and weight control, stress management and education.
Rehabilitation facilities are located in the Community Center for Health and Wellness located
on the west side of the St. Joseph Medical Center campus.
